E+Co provides development services and modest loans or equity investments ($25,000 to $250,000) to establish economically, socially and environmentally sustainable energy enterprises in developing countries. E+Co has active presence in Latin America, Africa and Asia to fulfill this mission.

CCAP
Using market-based approaches CCAP seeks to promote and implement innovative solutions to major environmental and energy problems which balance both environmental and economic interests. Founded in 1985 at the Center emphasizes the need for cost-effective, pragmatic solution on state, federal, and international levels.
